ISO 19711-1:2018 is a standard that provides the terminology and commercial specifications for truck mixers used in building construction. The standard applies to truck-mounted and semi-trailer mounted truck mixers, which are used for producing and delivering concrete or mortar to construction sites.
However, the standard does not apply to fixed (stationary) mixers, turbo mixers, concrete or mortar mixing plants, small portable mixers, purpose-built underground truck mixers, or volumetric mixers (mobile concrete or mortar mixing plants). These types of mixers are excluded from the scope of this standard.
